By using SHWC.shop or buying our vitamins and supplements, you agree to these rules.
1. Who Can Shop: You must be 18+ and legally able to make a purchase.
2. Not Medical Advice: Our products aren’t meant to treat or cure diseases. Always talk to a doctor before starting a new supplement.
3. Orders & Payments: We can refuse any order (e.g., if there's a pricing error). Prices are in USD. You cover shipping, taxes, and fees.
4. International Shipping (Canada, Taiwan, China): * You are the "Importer of Record" and must follow your local laws. You are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
5. Returns: All sales are final. No returns unless the product is damaged (tell us within 7 days).
6. Legal Limits: We provide products "as is." Our liability is limited to the cost of the product you bought.
7. Disputes: Any issues will be handled by binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia under the laws of British Columbia. You waive the right to join class action lawsuits.
